Wrenly Residences is a nationally award-winning luxury condominium development in Wakefield, Massachusetts, recognized at the 2025 PRISM Awards for design, construction quality, and livability. Built by DiBiase Companies and marketed by the Aranson Maguire Group at Compass, Wrenly set out to redefine what new construction condominium living looks like on the North Shore.

CCREATIVE built and manages the project's marketing website and has served as the primary creative and strategic resource behind the campaign that has brought the development to near sell-out. The original brand identity was developed by a separate agency, our role has been to steward that brand with precision while producing everything required to generate awareness, drive traffic, and convert leads into buyers.
